Happy Monday Daily Friends!!! I just wanted to share with y’all that Tiffany and I starting the whole 30 challenge today. We are a body positive blog and we are not starting this challenge with the intent to lose weight. Tiffany and I love our curves and are not doing this as a “diet”.

There are a few reasons that we started the whole 30 challenge today. Reason one is because were living together right now so it’s easy to support each other and cook whole 30 meals together! Reason two is because we both have been curious to see if removing certain food groups from our diet will improve how we feel. Reason three for me personally, I have had other people who also have hypothyroid disease tell me that cutting gluten out of their diets has improved their thyroid levels! So I am so excited to see how this change will affect how I feel, also I will be going to the endocrinologist after the 30 days to check my levels to make sure I am not doing myself any harm.
