Hey, Daily Friends! It is Monday, which means it is the busiest day of the week for Tiffany and me. I promise one day I will actually pre-write some of the Monday posts before hand so they dont come out super late. If I did though then I couldnt just spontaneoulsy share what is going on in my life!

Tomorrow is the last day of my Whole30 challenge, however, I will admit that I did break the challenge last night and had some strawberry ice cream because I wanted to start my vegan challenge today and I have been craving ice cream for a month. In total, I have lost 13 pounds! I am so proud of myself for my dedication and my will power. So now I am deciding to test my will power even more.

Today I started to eat plant-based with no animal products what so ever. My boyfriend Ben and I were inspired to try this plant-based diet after watching the Netflix documentary What the Health and Forks Over Knives. We both have diabetes and heart disease in our family and were just amazed at the health benefits we both saw in the documentary.

So this Sunday instead of writing blog post for the week I was scouring Pinterest for good vegan recipes that and I and my Ben (the pickiest eater on the planet) would like. Here are some recipes were going to try this week:

Roasted Chick Pea Gyros

Vegan Bang Bang Broccoli

Vegan Overnight Oats

Sweet Potato Vegan Nachos

Grilled Zucchini Hummus Wraps
